The highest possible award was given following an assessment by CEEQUAL again specific civil engineering standards, where Elmsbrook achieved a score of 81% and 'Excellent' overall.
Developed in 2003 by the Institution of Civil Engineer's Research & Development Enabling Fund, CEEQUAL assesses and recognizes projects that makes significant improvements to sustainability in civil engineering, infrastructure and landscaping.
NW Bicester is providing 393 highly efficient homes for existing and new residents of Bicester, built to be true zero-carbon. The design fosters a community that is vibrant, resilient and sustainable, and incorporates a school, district heating network and business centre.
